How to submit a DMCA notice (17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3))

Your notice must include:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
Identification of the material you claim is infringing (URL or in-app path) and information sufficient to locate it.
Your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information is accurate, and under penalty of perjury that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

What happens next
Upon receipt of a compliant notice, we will remove or disable access to the material and notify the uploader.

If you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, your counter-notice must include:

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal or disabling was a mistake or misidentification.
Your name, postal address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for your address, or if outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which we may be found (including the District of Nevada), and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.

Restoration timeline
Unless we receive notice that the complainant has filed a court action, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice.

Repeat infringers and misuse

We may terminate accounts in appropriate circumstances for repeat infringement. Knowingly sending false notices or counter-notices can result in liability under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
